The buffet style breakfast is delicious and good value for money. I wouldve liked some eggs but there was plenty of other food to eat (Also I realise there is an egg shortage at the moment so maybe that was why). Coffee machine was great and easy to use. We stayed in a bungalow and I loved that it seemed new and clean. It had everything you could possibly need and I thought the greenery and foliage around the bungalow made it seem more private. I could hear the birds and it felt like staying in a rainforest. The bbq on the balcony is a nice touch even though we didnt use it. The bodywash products smelled beautiful. I like there was always someone at reception, especially when you're not familiar with the area, and seeing the little budgie everytime we came and went was cute. Having snacks and drinks at reception was handy. The staff were lovely and very accommodating and the location is perfect for walking around the main cbd area, to the waterfront and some of the better restaurants and bars.

Where do I begin. Everything was excellent. Beautiful clean rooms. Bathroom was spotlessly clean too! Buffet breakfast was magnificent. We ate there every morning as it was so easy and had everything you would need. Delicious! Fantastic location, a short 5 minute walk from the street, shopping etc., and also the wharf where we dined every night. Also the location across from the park and water was not only beautiful but very quiet. One last thing. I so enjoyed the company of the two little feathered friends that live on site. Pickles the parrot and Brick the chicken. They made my day 😊😊😊 We didn’t want to leave. I will be back again when I visit Darwin next time.

We loved the whole resort. The rooms were clean and tidy with small balcony to sit on in evenings, Lovely hot shower, perhaps bathroom a little on small side, but adequate unless you wanted to party in it!!! Bed really comfy, tea and coffee facilities, also microwave and fridge. Breakfast available for $20.00 per person per day if booked day before. Nice pool with bar from 2-0 to 6-0pm. Very central for everything in Darwin, foreshore, Waterfront, shops etc. All set in beautiful grounds with palm trees and plants with small bungalows in gardens which are another option for staying here.

Stephen

The rooms were well appointed, unfortunately there were a few times we needed new towels and were not supplied by house keeping. We were able to get these from the front office. Pickles the bird is cute! The front desk were lovely, really friendly and able to accommodate our needs. Washing and dryers were $6 each. Nice and close to the cbd. Not the palms fault but the street sweeper does come along about 5am and hangs around. There is a park over the road that the locals tend to party/sleep in. But the location is amazing

This resort reminded me of tropical destinations like Bali and felt like a little haven to come home to. The breakfast was great with plenty of options, free mentos in the lobby area, a filtered water cooler, clean pool.... and Pickles the bird was a friendly addition to the staff. We enjoyed the communal area which had lots of sitting areas and board games. It's also right across the road from a beautiful park where people gather to watch the sunset each night.
